A Stitching Meditation

Slow down, return to yourself, and explore the meditative rhythm of hand-stitching. In this guided workshop, you’ll use embroidery as a form of mindfulness, turning each stitch into a moment of reflection and presence. This practice allows you to quiet the mind, reconnect with your intentions, and experience the embodied act of creating something meaningful with your hands. No prior experience is required — each participant is invited to move at their own pace, guided gently through reflection and making, leaving with both a tangible piece of work and a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
