A New Year Retreat


Goodbye, 2025. Hello, 2026!

Join us for a journey of reflection, renewal, and intention-setting for the year ahead.

Over the course of two restorative days, we’ll create time to celebrate your wins, acknowledge your losses, and honor the full story of your year. Together, we’ll explore what 2025 has taught you, identify the patterns and values that guided your choices, and decide what you want to carry forward into 2026.

You’ll learn the difference between a resolution (which often focuses on fixing or striving) and an intention (which centers on alignment and growth). From there, we’ll create a personal path forward—one rooted in clarity, meaning, and self-trust.

Our weekend will include:

  • Gentle movement to help you ground in the present and integrate your new insights in body and mind.

  • Visioning exercises to imagine what 2026 could look and feel like.

  • Creative expression (no artistic skills required!) to bring your vision to life in a tangible, inspired way.

  • A personal one-on-one session (15–20 minutes) with Sarah for deeper clarity and direction.

  • A dedicated weekend journal for reflection, gratitude, and planning.

All accommodations, meals, beverages, and materials are included.

To maintain an intimate and connected experience, the retreat is limited to a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 26 participants—ensuring you have space to reflect, explore, and engage fully. By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, a clear 2026 intention, and practical steps to help you honor it throughout the year ahead.
