Because life feels like a lot right now…

You are tired.

You’re pulled in every direction, stretched thin, and running on fumes. The house is chaos, your boss is demanding, your kids are loud, and your spouse is working late. Again.

Oh, friend — we are in the trenches.

No one warned us it would be this much. We get little recognition for balancing all.the.things. And all we really want is a weekend retreat — to breathe, slow down, and feel like ourselves again.

But who has time for that??

It doesn’t have to stay this way. You’re strong, creative, and full of heart — and you deserve support, not just survival.

That’s where Next Chapter comes in.

Next Chapter Gatherings

Next Chapter offers space for women navigating change — whether it’s a career shift, caregiving, kids growing up, or simply sensing that something new is unfolding.

Our gatherings are a pause in the noise. A chance to exhale, reflect, and realign with what truly matters to you.
Learn more about Next Chapter Gatherings.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and creative practices, you’ll reconnect with your sense of self and begin to see your next step more clearly. You’ll rediscover your own rhythm — one that honors your energy, your values, and your stage of life.

I can’t meet your deadlines or fix your perimenopause hormone imbalance, but I can help you…

  • Find calm in the midst of your busy life

  • Gain clarity about what’s changing and what you want next

  • Reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve put on pause

  • Build confidence to take small, meaningful steps forward

If this sounds like the kind of hug you need, [find an upcoming gathering].

A Rhythm of Renewal

Next Chapter was created from a simple truth: change is constant, but losing yourself in the process doesn’t have to be.

After years of supporting women through big transitions — new careers, evolving identities, and reinvention — I saw how many of us long for a place to pause and reconnect with ourselves before rushing into what’s next.

These gatherings were born from that need. They’re not about productivity, perfection, or fixing yourself — they’re about presence. Each month offers a space to listen inward, feel supported, and rediscover your own center so that, no matter how your roles shift, you never lose sight of you.

Next Chapter is more than an event — it’s a rhythm of renewal. A reminder that every woman deserves space to breathe, belong, and begin again.

You’ll leave a Next Chapter Gathering with:

  • A sense of calm and reconnection to yourself

  • Clarity around your current season of life

  • Renewed energy and inspiration for what comes next

  • Connection with a community of women walking similar paths

Because when you pause long enough to hear yourself again, you start to remember who you are — and from there, everything begins to change.

A moment to breathe.
A space to belong.
A chance to begin again.

Life’s transitions don’t come with clear instructions. Each Next Chapter Gathering offers 60–90 minutes of calm reflection and connection. Through gentle prompts, conversation, and creative exercises, you’ll rediscover what matters most and begin to imagine what’s next.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.

Begin your next chapter

I’ll be with you every step of the way.

The Gathering Series

What to Expect

I’ll come to your home (or another cozy space) to lead an intentional, guided workshop for you and your circle. Together, we’ll reflect, share, and reconnect to what matters most — the values, intentions, and inner wisdom that shape how we show up in work and life.

-A one-hour guided workshop in your home or chosen space
-Materials and reflection prompts provided
-Conversation and connection that linger long after the evening ends
-Designed for groups of 5–10 women

Choose Your Focus

Each Gathering centers around a theme that supports your personal and professional growth.

When you reach out, we’ll discuss the season you’re in and what would serve your group best — whether it’s clarity, renewal, gratitude, or something entirely your own.

About Me

Sarah Walker

FOUNDER & LEAD GUIDE

With two decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and development, I’ve worked alongside small businesses, start-ups, and nonprofits throughout the Twin Cities. My training with the CoActive Training Institute equips me to support a wide range of clients—including corporate professionals, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, parents, and artists—as they navigate growth and change. I’ve also built and grown two small businesses and a nonprofit of my own, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me with a good book, hiking in the woods, or creating art. My family keeps me grounded and inspired—they’re my encouragers, my playmates, and my joy.
